Why weekdays

At the weekend we're in full brunch mode: lively, busy, noisy in the right way. From Monday to Friday the rhythm changes — and that's when the café is at its best for anyone who needs to focus. Free Wi-Fi (ask for the password at the counter), comfortable wooden tables, and nobody rushing you out.

What to order while you work

The trick is to choose drinks that keep you company rather than disappear in three sips. A Chinese tea is made for this: the same leaves can be infused several times, and you can ask us to top up the hot water. A cold brew is meant to be sipped slowly. And a matcha latte, hot or iced, is a good companion for a long afternoon. If you get hungry, our avocado toast and the rest of the brunch menu are served all day.

The best times to come

Early morning (9:00–11:00) is quiet and smells of croissants. Early afternoon (roughly 14:30–17:00) is the longest calm stretch of the day — ideal for serious work sessions. Weekends are busier, especially around brunch time.

Where we are

FYSA is at Piazza di Ponte Lungo 1, Rome — San Giovanni / Appio Latino, on the border with Tuscolano, a 1-minute walk from the "Piazza Ponte Lungo" exit of Metro A. Open every day, 9:00–19:00. If you're staying nearby and need a calm place to work away from the crowds of the centre, come by on a weekday.
