FYSA is a place that changes over time — and with the people who live it.
In the morning, the scent of specialty coffee. At midday, the unhurried pace of brunch. In the afternoon, the delicacy of French pastries and the slow ritual of Chinese tea. In the evening, Italian aperitivo and weekend cocktails.
Three cultures, one philosophy: care. In hand-picked beans, in leaves infused at the right temperature, in the layered butter of a well-made croissant, in the clear ice of a signature Negroni.
